Welcome to my site!
So, if you are reading this, I'm in the process of a change. Not too long ago, I realized that I had put too much of a barrier into my blog. Where I have been writing daily in other places (Notion.io primarily), I haven't posted on this site in a while. Also, there have been updates to jupyter book since I first built it and they are more daunting than I wanted to take on, so I've made the decision to try and simplify my life a bit.
So in an effort to make things easier to use, I'm going to swap the site over to Jekyll. I haven't decided how much I'm going to port over, but I've had some big ideas for content that I want to post to the site, but I want to do it in a much cleaner way that I've done in the past.
If you look at this in the short term, it'll probably be the default jekyll stuff.
As a side note, this isn't the easiest static site generator to use, especially if you are primarily a windows user, but the Jekyll instructions to install in WSL work fine. After I make this post, my next effort will be to shove this back up into github and get it to publish out. If successful, then I'm probably going to take a few days and stub out a structure for my grand plans.
