Regular Efforts

So I got out of my habits for a while, and now that I'm getting back into them, I appreciate the effect that they have on me. It's little things, like when I walk around the house grabbing something and putting it away or even in the right room, or doing an exercise for a short duration - good efforts start building. I find myself looking for other small actions that over time have a profound effect.

I've never been one to write on a regular basis. I have tried things like morning pages before, but the idea of blogging daily has never really been a consideration. I expend a lot of effort parsing information looking for insights, and while becomming a better writer is appealing, the idea that I might be contributing to the junk on the internet is concerning. The only solice is that this blog is likely unknown to people, so maybe it'll slow down some ML bot that probably ought to be doing other things.
